Pay, conditions of service and pensions

Our salaries are competitive, in line or above the nationally agreed pay scales for teachers and support staff.

New joiners will be enrolled in one of the following pension schemes:

The Teachers Pension Scheme (for teachers only) offers a generous, secure, and inflation-protected defined benefit pension.

The Local Government Pension Scheme (for support staff and central Trust team). This is a secure, career average defined benefit pension scheme offering a guaranteed, inflation-linked retirement income.

 We have a range of policies to support staff in achieving a work-life balance, such as flexible working, job share and part-time roles and a special leave policy to support staff needing time off for family reasons.
